• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used or washed diapers cannot be returned.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• In case of defective or wrong items delivered, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
